Cost

The amount charged for shipping.

Shipping within the continental U.S. including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and the Virgin Islands is as follows. $10 for the first product, and $3 additional for each additional product. For express 2-day shipping please add another $5 for each product.

Timeframe

The time it takes to receive a package after an order is made.

All packages usually arrive within a week. Deliveries to the West Coast typically take 2 days, deliveries to the East Coast typically take 4 days. Deliveries to Alaska and other islands typically take 7 days. Express 2 day shipping is available to all U.S.

Taxes & Fees

The amount paid to state taxes and other fees.

There are no other fees and we adhere to state sales tax policies depending on the state in which you live (typically between 7-10%).

Returns

Eligibility

The minimum requirements to be eligible for a refund.

Must be a regular full month product (not a sample product). Must be in fairly decent condition and remaining packets must be sealed.

Refund Amount

The total amount you will receive refunded to your account upon completing a refund transaction.

The amount is equal to the total cost minus $5 for each packet used and $5 for the box and info booklet respectively. Example: If you would like to return the box with the info booklet and 15 packets, and your original purchase price was $129.99, then your refund amount would be $129.99 – 5 x $5 = $104.99. So we would refund $104.99 + taxes paid on the $25. Because of our unique packaging, you only pay for what you consume.

Timeframe

The time you have to request a refund, and the time required to complete a refund transaction.

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Upon receiving the item, we will inspect the product and issue the refund transaction within 2 business days. The refund may take up to 3 more business days to be reported in your bank account.

Process

How to initiate an return and receive a refund.

Please contact us an let us know to expect a return from you. If the carrier has not yet delivered the package, the easiest way is to refuse it. No other work is necessary on your part. If you have the product, then just put the remaining packets and info booklet back inside and please wrap with the cover again and place in an envelope or box. Then send the product to the ‘from address’ as listed here:

You need a P.O. box or a Google registered address. We do not send samples by themselves internationally. You must be within the countries listed on the product page. Each product has different restrictions as each country has their own laws and regulations so please check before ordering.

Cost

The amount charged for shipping.

International shipping is a flat fee of $25 with each additional item costing $10 more. Samples will be an additional $3 per sample.

Timeframe

The time it takes to receive a package after an order is made.

It varies a lot depending on the country. Some countries like Mexico, Canada, and some Carribean countries will arrive within a week. However countries like Myanmar and Kenya can take up to 3 weeks. Most packages arrive within 2 weeks. Customs can also vary between 1 day and 1 week but are usually processed in 2-3 days.

Customs

Information about getting the product through customs.

We do our best to ensure easy and quick delivery. We prepare a stack of paperwork along with each shipment to help the process. We may also adjust the labeling according to your country’s guidelines. We require an email and phone number on file to give to customs for contact purposes. They shouldn’t request more information from you but if they do, please tell them to talk to the sender and give them our email and we will handle all communications necessary to get the product safely delivered.

Taxes & Fees

The amount paid to state taxes and other fees.

There are no fees or taxes for international delivery on our side. We do our best to reduce import taxes as much as possible. But your customs department may reach out to you to pay a VAT tax on the goods before they can clear it.

Further Questions

If you have followed the tracking number and it says delivered, but has not arrived, then please contact us, and we will either help redirect the package to you or send you a replacement.

You can try call customs and ask what is going on. If you are unable to figure out a solutions with your customs department please contact us and we will talk to the shipping carrier to get the product delivered.

If the product gets rejected or doesn’t arrive for any reason and you have a Google verified address, then we will send you a replacement product free of charge. Just contact us and let us know.

Then please refuse or return the item following the process above.

If the product comes damaged or there are packets missing, then please contact us and let us know so that we can either reimburse you for what was missing or damaged.
